Totally relax in this beautiful modern apartment simply but elegantly furnished. Complete with gorgeous kitchen, comfy lounge, office nook, two bathrooms and luxury linens. Once you’ve parked your car in the garage you might not need it again. Perfect location with Mount beach downtown Mount moments away.
The Space:
This fifth-floor stunner is located in one of the best luxury buildings in Mount Maunganui. Featuring a layout set to capture expansive views from all the rooms you won’t want to leave.
The apartment features two double bedrooms. One with a king bed and one that can be a king or two singles. The linens are fresh and the towels fluffy. The master has an en-suite and TV. The second bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Both bathrooms have luxurious underfloor heating.
The kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need to prepare meals if staying in. The balcony has a Weber BBQ and dining table.
The living room has large sofa, dining table and is complete with smart TV.
You’ll have two secure car parks at your disposal during your stay.
On the third floor is the outdoor heated pool is perfect for doing laps. Or enjoy a soak in the 38 degree hot pool. The main pool is unheated in July & August. The Spa pool is heated all year round.
The private gym and beach access is at ground level. From here you can stroll around or up Mauao and enjoy a coffee at the many popular cafe's. A handy dairy is just across the street.

At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views.
Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.

10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.

Summary: Our stay was for hiking and swimming. This was the perfect location for us. The unit itself was quiet, clean, and the management was responsive to our questions. We did not have a car so it was about a 3km walk to the market and 1km to the restaurants. Perfect for our stay.

Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was pure bliss.The property itself is beautifully designed, with high-end furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and a heated pool that felt like a private oasis. The on-site gym was a fantastic bonus, and we loved having such easy access to everything while still feeling like we were in our own peaceful retreat.Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this place has it all. Summary: So walking into the room, you get a great view and can see the bay as well as the ocean ... oh, and the mountain. In some ways, it feels like you're in a fishbowl where everyone can look in ... but, hey, just close the blinds if that's a problem for you. We left them open all the time because it let all the sun in. A great deck to chill out on as well. Convenience store around the corner and "the town" is a short walk. Also, the unit, itself, is VERY well done. This was our 4th of 6 weeks of travel and this was the best unit we stayed in. Well furnished if you want to cook - i.e. sharp knives, good pots/pans (not the cheap ones you often see in rentals,) all the right utensils and so on. The kitchen was VERY well outfitted. Not sure if I will ever get back here but I would stay here (in this one specific unit) for all those reasons.

Summary: Had a great stay. Property manager was very flexible. We booked short notice and she just made it all fit. Built in heating wasn't working in one of the rooms. However, a heater had been provided for comfort. Other then that. Great place to stay, great service and beautiful space to share for a relaxing enjoyable experience. Views were very pretty to wake up to.

Summary: Book in and check out process was easy. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The master bedroom TV and waste disposal weren’t working but property manager was quick to fix the waste disposal. Would stay again.
